GENERAL RELEASE: The undersigned does hereby discharge, release and hold harmless the City of San Diego and North Park Main Street from any and all manner of actions, suits, damages or claims whatsoever arising from any loss or damage to the property of the undersigned while in the possession or supervision of the North Park Festival of the Arts and hereby consents to the enforcement of the Festival rules as set out in the brochure and in the letter of instructions to be mailed to accepted exhibitors..
