By filling out this form and returning it either NPMS or the SDPD, you are stating that would like your storefront or property to be kept clear of non-customers or excessive loitering. This authorization form gives police officers the ability to remove loiterers, homeless, and vagrants from your property or storefront without checking with you in advance.
